The rolling and wrapping machine can be operated in the basic functions of rolling, wrapping, rolling of filled slices and folding. In combination with a slicer, the machine forms an automatic rolling line for a wide variety of meat and cheese products. The useful pass-through function allows the production of normal shingle portions over the same line.
